By using Mindforge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Mindforge provides guest and account-based multiplayer quiz gameplay. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Alpha features may contain errors, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Accounts
You are responsible for your Google account and activity performed through it. Do not impersonate others, share unauthorized access or attempt to bypass account restrictions. You may play as a guest, but guest progress may be lost if browser storage is cleared.
Fair play and acceptable use
Do not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with rooms or servers, harass players, submit abusive names or feedback, scrape the service, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict or remove access and discard manipulated results.
Questions and feedback
Trivia may contain mistakes or become outdated. Votes and reports help editorial review but do not guarantee immediate correction or removal. Feedback you submit may be used to operate and improve Mindforge.
Intellectual property
Mindforge’s software, visual design and original content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal entertainment.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended for abuse, security risks or violations of these terms. Terms may be updated, with the date above reflecting the latest version.
